3D Film
The creation of films in synthesis images offers a different look at heritage. Produced using precise, scientific 3D modelling, the 3D films offer a more comprehensive view. With the aid of recomposed representations completed by audio commentaries and sound elements, they provide a better understanding of a site or an element of architecture. So, they represent an excellent mediation and enhancement tool, without the need to be in situ. AGP counts amongst its accomplishments numerous examples of 3D short films and videos, which can be viewed here by clicking on the image. Others videos could be consulted on our YouTube channel.
Point cloud film
A point cloud film is a visual path piloted through VR images obtained by 3D scanning of architectures, historical sites, urban and natural landscapes. A point cloud film can be used to offer a virtual visit of a historical monument. Indeed, the 3D camera can be driven outside or inside the entirely digitalized monument, giving the director as many possibilities as the imagination allows him. Fitting all type of documentary about cultural or architectural heritage, this solution could be adapted to different scenarios and it enables every technical configuration tests before the shooting process (preview). It allows the creation of spectacular and original views dedicated to usage of all audiovisual players: film directors, producers and media broadcasters.
Video of historical restitution
Thanks to its 3D reconstruction expertise, AGP realizes 3D films which allow to trace the history of a site, to go back in time through historical phases and reconstruct the lost furniture of a monument.
Adapted to any kind of support, to mobile apps, to projection or website, our films could integrate additional educational content, in the form of audio content, visual additions or subtitles.
3D short film
The techniques of 3D rendering, 3D reconstruction and motion design allow us to make short films, which can be based on real and virtual images. From postcard animation to photo immersion, from a visual journey in a prehistoric shelter to the reconstruction of Roman theater shows, the typologies of short films could be numerous and adapted both to cultural mediation and the audiovisual sector.
