Avignon 3D

The Grand Avignon urban community has entrusted Art Graphique & Patrimoine, in partnership with GMT Editions, with the development of an application to highlight the Saint Bénezet bridge, commonly known as the Pont d’Avignon.

The application seeks to enlighten the visitors about the history of the bridge in its river landscape and invites the public to a real digital journey. It allows visitors to discover the bridge of Avignon with the visit of historical sites integrating stops on augmented reality broadcasting points. The images allow an immersion in the landscape and in time.

The application received the 1st prize for the best mobile application of the Heritage & Innovation(s) Award , awarded by CLIC France.
